  4. A confirmation SMS and Email will be sent to you upon successful Top-Up.
  5. One portal is applicable for 1 service and 1 account.
  6. This top-up portal is applicable to all imagine Residential and Biz Connect customers subscribed to Dream/Biz Broadband service.
  7. Please allow for some time for the top-up to be activated. This can take up to three (3) hours.
  8. Acknowledgement of Top Up purchase via SMS and Email will not be sent if payment is unsuccessful.
