What's Next

  1. Ensure your details are accurate and complete, including valid Account No, Service No, IC, Mobile Number, and Email address for successful transaction.
  2. Kindly note that you are responsible for all the accurate details that you submitted for successful payment.
  3. An One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the submitted Mobile Number in the field above for verification on the next page.
  4. A confirmation SMS and Email will be sent to you upon successful transaction.
  5. Our team will contact you within 3 to 5 working days to verify your details (only applicable if current details is mismatched).
  6. This payment portal is applicable to all imagine Residential and Biz Connect customers subscribed to Dream/Biz Broadband and Wish Postpaid/Biz Mobile service.
  7. One (1) form is applicable for one (1) account. You may insert multiple mobile or fixed line numbers under one (1) account number i.e.
    - (Mobile) 74XXXXXX, 7XXXXXXX and 1 Account No
    - (Broadband) 2XXXXXX/3XXXXXX/4XXXXXX and 1 Account Number
  8. For multiple account numbers, you are required to fill in a separate form.
  9. Payment transactions made on the 18th-21st of October will only be processed on the 22nd of October and onwards.
  10. Acknowledgement of payment via SMS and Email will not be sent if payment is unsuccessful.
