What is the Bill Payment Portal?

This is an alternative payment channel for our Dream/Biz Broadband and Wish/Biz Postpaid Mobile customers!

You may access the portal on our imagine website via this link https://app.imagine.com.bn/online_payment

How does the portal work?

Customers are required to fill and submit customer information and amount to be paid. Please provide the correct and accurate information for a successful payment.

An OTP via SMS will be sent to the mobile number for verification purposes.

Then, an SMS and email of acknowledgement of the payment will be sent to customers.

Who can use this portal?

This can be used by any customers subscribed to our Dream/Biz Broadband and Wish/Biz Postpaid Mobile service.

How do I know whether my payment is successful?

All payments are considered successful if customer details are filled in correctly and accurately.

For successful transaction(s), please allow within three (3) working days for payments to be reflected.

Should you not receive any acknowledgement SMS/email, please contact Chat2Us or Talk2Us at 111.

What payment acknowledgement can I expect after I have made the payment transaction?

For every payment transaction, an acknowledgement email and SMS will be sent to the email address/mobile number filled in the portal

For successful transaction(s), please allow within three (3) working days for payments to be reflected.

Portal ini adalah saluran alternatif untuk pelanggan kami membuat Top-Up bagi perkhidmatan Dream Broadband and Biz Broadband!

Bagaimanakah portal ini berfungsi?

Pelanggan dikehendaki mengisi butiran maklumat pelanggan dan jumlah Top-Up yang dikehendaki.

Sila pastikan awda mengisi butiran maklumat yang betul seperti Nombor Akaun dan Nombor perkhidmatan yang tepat untuk Top-Up yang berjaya.

SMS OTP (One-Time Password) akan dihantar ke nombor Mobile awda untuk tujuan pengesahan sebelum membuat pembayaran meggunakan kad debit or kredit.

Kemudian,pengesahan SMS dan e-mel pembayaran akan dihantar kepada pelanggan.

Pengesahan apa yang boleh saya terima setelah saya membuat pembayaran?

Untuk setiap transaksi pembayaran yang berjaya, e-mel dan SMS pengesahan mengandungi nombor rujukan akan dikirimkan.

Bolehkah saya membuat bagi pihak yang lain?

Ya! Awda boleh membuat Top-Up bagi pihak yang lain. Sila pastikan awda mempunyai Nombor Akaun dan Nombor Perkhidmatan yang betul untuk membuat Top-Up.

Berapa lama masa yang diperlukan untuk Top-Up masuk ke dalam akaun saya?

Setelah awda berjaya membuat pembayaran, sila berikan sedikit masa untukTop-Up diaktifkan dan boleh mengambil masa sehingga tiga (3) jam.

This is an alternative online payment channel for our customers to top-up their Dream / Biz Broadband service!

How does the Broadband Data Top-Up Portal work?

Customers are required to fill and submit their details and amount they wish to Top-Up. For example:

Please provide the correct and accurate details such as Account Number and Service Number for a successful top-up.

An SMS One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the keyed in mobile number for verification purposes before making payment using a debit or credit card.

Then, once payment is successful an SMS and email of acknowledgement of the payment will be sent to customers.

Who can use this portal?

This can be used by our customers subscribed to our Dream / Biz Broadband service to purchase Top-Up.

How do I know whether my payment is successful?

You may check through our Broadband Data Query Portal https://app.imagine.com.bn/online_topup/usage.php or you may contact Chat2Us or Talk2Us at 111.

What acknowledgement can I expect after I have made the payment transaction?

For every successful transaction, an acknowledgement email and SMS will be sent to customer with a reference number.

Can I make Top-Up on behalf?

Yes, you can! As long as you have their correct Account Number and Service Number/Mobile Number to make the necessary Top-Up.

How long does it take for my Top-Up to be activated?

Upon successful purchase, please allow for some time for the top-up to be activated. This can take up to three (3) hours.
