  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful registration and payment.
  4. You will be contacted by our team for verification, to confirm whether your area is fibre-ready and to set up an appointment within 2 working days.
  5. Upon receiving email confirmation for account creation, register your imagineBroadband account via mobile app or web self-care.
  6. Applicable for Residential plans only. For Business plans, kindly visit our imagine Centre.
  7. Any cancellations of online application (refund) will take 3 months to process.
  8. Depending on infrastructure readiness, installations may take 3-4 weeks from date of confirmation of application.
